通过室内模拟试验, 研究了养殖海蜇Phopilemaesculenta过程中pH、盐度和溶氧对幼蜇生长的影响。结果表明: 伞径为 1cm的幼蜇可适应 20个盐度单位的突变, 短期适应后可以正常活动、摄食和消化, 幼蜇对盐度的适宜范围为 14~30; 对pH的适宜范围为 7 9~8 5; 幼蜇短时间内耐低氧能力较强, 窒息点为 0 102~0 251mg/L, 但水中溶氧过高会在幼蜇体内产生气泡, 并使活力减弱。
The effects of pH, salinity and dissolved oxygen on the growth of juvenile stings were studied in a laboratory simulation experiment. The results showed that juvenile stings with 1cm in diameter could adapt to mutation of 20 salinity units, which could be normally activated, ingested and digested after short-term adaptation. The suitable range of juvenile stings to salinity was 14-30. The suitable range of pH was 7 9 ~ 8 5; young sting had a higher tolerance to hypoxia in a short period of time, with a suffocation point of 0 102 ~ 0 251 mg / L. However, excessive dissolved oxygen in the water could produce bubbles in young stinger and weaken the vitality.
