不改进企业管理工作的组织形式,要想提高它的效率是不可能的。人们一般比较重视全面安排管理部门的工作,但对组织好不同职务的管理人员的工作却常常掉以轻心。我们认为,对这两方面必须给予同样多的关注,而且在后一方面有更多的潜力可挖。一、管理工作的类型企业管理部门的工作大致可以归为两类:一类是创造性的,另一类则是例行性的。创造性工作的目标在于探寻和挖掘发展生产及提高生产效率的潜力,就其性质来说,比较接近于科研工作。例行性或日常性工作则旨在保证企业生产过程的正常进行,使以往获得的创造性
It is impossible to improve the efficiency of enterprise management without improving its organizational form. People generally pay more attention to the overall arrangement of the management department, but they often take care of the work of managers who organize different positions.
