目的:总结霍奇金淋巴瘤中HRS细胞来源问题的研究进展,提出可能的解决途径。方法:应用PubMed和CBM全文数据库检索系统,以“霍奇金淋巴瘤、HRS细胞、细胞起源、B细胞、T细胞和组织细胞”为关键词,检索2000-01-2013-10的相关文献共211条。纳入标准:1)HRS细胞的生物学特点;2)HRS细胞分子基因水平检测;3)HRS细胞起源。根据纳入标准最终纳入31篇,进行重点梳理和归纳。结果:目前公认的是HRS细胞起源于B细胞。HRS细胞在肿瘤组织中非常罕见。虽然HRS细胞来源于成熟的B细胞,但失去了B细胞表型,同时出现不寻常的与各种造血细胞标志的共同表达。HRS细胞出现多种细胞信号通路的激活,这些通路的激活是由HRS细胞以及微环境中的多种细胞共同作用的结果。结论:HL的发病机制目前还只是了解了其中的一部分,HRS细胞的基因突变的通路在逐步认识。HRS细胞信号通路与微环境的深入研究可能会给未来靶向治疗提供新的策略。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress of HRS cell sources in Hodgkin's lymphoma and to propose possible solutions. Methods: Using PubMed and CBM full-text database retrieval system, and the key words of “Hodgkin's lymphoma, HRS cells, cell origin, B cells, T cells and tissue cells”, the correlation between 2000-01-2013-10 A total of 211 articles. Inclusion criteria: 1) Biological characteristics of HRS cells; 2) Detection of molecular gene levels in HRS cells; and 3) Origin of HRS cells. According to the inclusion criteria, 31 papers were finalized and sorted out. Results: It is currently recognized that HRS cells originate from B cells. HRS cells are very rare in tumor tissues. Although HRS cells are derived from mature B cells, they lose the B-cell phenotype and exhibit unusual co-expression with various hematopoietic cell markers. HRS cells appear to activate a variety of cell signaling pathways, the activation of these pathways is the result of HRS cells and a variety of cells in the microenvironment. Conclusions: The pathogenesis of HL is still only partially understood. The pathways of HRS mutations are gradually recognized. In-depth study of HRS cell signaling pathways and microenvironment may provide new strategies for future targeted therapy.
