目的 了解云南省地氟病重病区的病情现况 ,并为制定相应的防治策略提供科学依据。方法 按照《云南省地方性氟中毒重点调查实施方案》 ,抽取西城、太平、靖安及小龙洞 4个乡 (办事处 )为调查点。结果 儿童氟斑牙检出率为 2 7.0 %,其中小龙洞 ( 5 3 .1%)、太平 ( 3 4.1%)、靖安 ( 2 3 .6%)、西城 ( 5 .9%) ;儿童尿氟几何均数 1.5 8mg/L ;玉米氟含量中位数 9.66mg/kg ,辣椒氟含量中位数 49.86mg/kg。结论 改炉改灶工作取得了一定的效果。
Objective To understand the current situation of endemic fluorosis in Yunnan Province and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the corresponding prevention and cure strategies. Methods According to the Implementation Plan of Key Investigation of Endemic Fluorosis in Yunnan Province, 4 townships (offices) of Xicheng, Taiping, Jing’an and Xiaolongdong were selected as investigation points. Results The detection rate of dental fluorosis was 2 7.0% in children, including Little Dragon Cave (53.1%), Taiping (31.1%), Jing’an (23.6%) and Xicheng (5.9% Urine fluoride geometric mean 1.5 8mg / L; corn fluoride median 9.66mg / kg, the median fluoride content of 49.86mg / kg. Conclusion furnace work has achieved some results.
