目的 :探讨黄芪对Lewis肺癌的抑制作用。 方法 :将Lewis肺癌细胞接种于C57BL/6小鼠皮下 (1.2 5× 10 6/鼠 )。将 2 0只小鼠随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ组 ,接种后第 5d分别给予生理盐水、黄芪 ,第 18d处死动物。利用图像分析仪对肿瘤细胞核形态、DNA含量及AgNORs计数进行测量。 结果 :Ⅱ组核面积 (2 2 .2 5 9± 4.972 ) μm2 、周长 (17.943± 2 .45 7) μm、平均直径 (2 .6 46±0 .2 94) μm、积分光密度 3.35 8± 0 .85 6、AgNORs计数 5 .0 38± 0 .815比Ⅰ组小 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :黄芪对Lewis肺癌具有抑制作用。
Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of Huangqi on Lewis lung cancer. METHODS: Lewis lung cancer cells were inoculated subcutaneously into C57BL/6 mice (1.25×10 6 per mouse). Twenty mice were randomly divided into groups I and II, and saline and jaundice were given on the 5th day after inoculation and animals were sacrificed on the 18th day. The tumor cell nuclear morphology, DNA content, and AgNORs counts were measured using an image analyzer. RESULTS: Group II nuclear area (22.29 ± 9.972) μm2, perimeter (17.943 ± 2.45 7) μm, mean diameter (2.616 ± 0.294) μm, and integrated optical density 3.35 8 ± 0.65 6. The AgNORs count of 5.00 38 ± 0.815 was smaller than that of group I. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus has inhibitory effect on Lewis lung cancer.
