目的评价改良角膜组织刮片加10%氢氧化钾湿片检菌法诊断真菌性角膜溃疡的意义。方法对19例临床拟诊为真菌性角膜溃疡者进行检查。方法为在裂隙灯显微镜下先用较钝刀片刮掉溃疡近边缘部坏死组织,后用锐利刀片刮取组织,并用10%氢氧化钾湿片在光学显微镜下寻找菌丝;与棉拭子取材行细菌加真菌培养结果进行对比。结果改良刮片法的真菌阳性检出率为8948%。结论改良刮片检菌法是一种诊断真菌性角膜溃疡的简捷、快速和准确的方法。
Objective To evaluate the significance of modified corneal tissue scraping and 10% potassium hydroxide wet screening for the diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer. Methods 19 cases of clinical diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer were examined. The method is to first scrape the necrotic tissue near the ulcer with a blunt blade under a slit lamp microscope and then scrape the tissue with a sharp blade and look for the mycelium under a light microscope using a 10% potassium hydroxide wet sheet; Bacteria and fungi culture results were compared. Results The positive rate of fungi in the improved smear method was 8948%. Conclusion Modified smear method is a simple, rapid and accurate method for the diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer.
