新课程标准指出:“道德存在于儿童的生活中。”这一观点旨在阐明道德与生活的内在联系,核心是强调道德教育要回归儿童的生活。近年来,我校提出“小学阶段养成习惯,快乐成长;中学阶段内化习惯,为成人成才奠基”的办学目标,进一步强调了小学德育生活化的重要性。结合自己从事班主任工作十几年来的一些体会,我认为在新的德育课程的实施过程中,教师必须正确理解小学德育课程,转变德育权威的理念,扮演好德育课程的开发者、儿童活动的支持者与合作者的角色。现就工作中的点滴做法与大家共同
