水口水电站船闸工程抗磨蚀部位通过使用NSF剂和粉煤灰共掺混凝土,在单方水泥用量仅255kg/m3情况下配制出90d抗压强度达86.3MPa(机口采样平均值)的混凝土,其抗冲磨能力比普通混凝土提高回倍,抗空蚀能力提高4倍。通过掺用的NSF剂中的膨胀剂补偿硅粉混凝土的早期收缩及加强早期潮湿雾化养护、解决了硅粉混凝土早期收缩偏大的难题,在水口工程的成功应用证明NSF剂是一种可以推广应用的新材料。
