一日三餐,每个人都无法离开,食品安全是关系广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全的大事,本文先具体介绍了近年国内发生的典型食品安全案例,然后根据这些案例,深入分析了食品安全问题频发的原因,如职能部门管理权限重叠,冲突;食品安全标准不完善、不健全;食品安全犯罪立法惩处力度不够;监管不力方面的原因等。并据此提出了食品安全问题的解决办法——建立完善中国的食品安全法律制度,具体从七个方面进行详细的分析论述。具有较高的理论价值和实践指导意义。
