本文研究了含铅辉锑矿中的铅-锑分离。在不加锑活化剂,于弱酸性矿浆介质中,用乙疏氮优先浮铅;探索了pH和不同捕收剂对铅-锑分离的影响。用湿法氯化法处理高铅锑中矿,着重考查了不同酸度的脱铅效果。所得最终锑精矿含铅小于0.3%,锑回收率94.87%,说明选冶联合流程是开展利用含铅辉锑矿的有效方法。
In this paper, the lead-antimony separation in lead-containing stibnite is studied. In the absence of antimony activator, weakly acidic slurry medium, nitrogen and nitrogen preferential floating lead; explore the pH and different collectors on the separation of lead - antimony. Treatment of high-lead antimony ore by wet chlorination method, focusing on examining the different acidity of the lead removal effect. The final antimony concentrate obtained is less than 0.3% lead and the recovery rate of antimony is 94.87%, which shows that the combined process of dressing and smelting is an effective method to utilize lead-bearing stibnite.
