一、前言氧化铝既使在金属氧化物中,也最具有取得平衡的性能,它作为陶瓷用的基本原料由来已久。众所周知,99%以上的氧化铝是用拜耳法生产的。其他的氧化铝,如高纯或超细Al_2O_3,由于须具有更优异的性质是用拜耳法以外的各种方法生产的。所谓高纯氧化铝,大部分都是属于后者。目前,这种氧化铝,已在集成电路基板、插件、电子元件等方面得到使用。
