Atrial natriuretic peptide is characterized by strong Natriuretic, diuretic, diastolic smooth muscle and blood pressure and other biological activity, directly involved in the body’s water, salt balance and blood pressure regulation. However, at home and abroad have not reported atrial peptide on frequency-domain electrocardiogram (FCG) study. 1 Materials and Methods Atrial natriuretic Peptide Ⅲ (APⅢ) was synthesized by solid-phase method. The amino group was protected by chloromethyl polystyrene and tert-butoxycarbonyl group. The peptide was purified by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) composition.
