本文简要地论述了由安装误差求安装计算误差的一般公式。利用此一般公式能简便迅速地求出由于安装基面的误差及夹具原件的误差所产生的被加工表面的误差,并便于分析常用的一些定位法的安装误差。文中还列举了有一个及两个安装基面时由安装误差求安装计算误差的例子,也概括地论述了有关的一些定义和利用所介绍的方法求安装计算误差的优点缺点,并提出了今后进一步研讨夹具中求安装计算误差的有关问题。
This article briefly discusses the general formula for calculating the installation error from the installation error. By using this general formula, the error of the machined surface due to the error of the installation base surface and the error of the original fixture can be quickly and easily obtained, and the installation error of some commonly used positioning methods can be easily analyzed. The article also lists examples of installation errors caused by installation errors when there are one or two installation base surfaces, and also briefly discusses some definitions and advantages and disadvantages of using the introduced method to install calculation errors.
