目的了解石嘴山市医疗机构消毒效果。方法采用现场调查和抽样检测方法,对辖区内35所不同级别医疗机构卫生消毒质量进行了调查。结果2004~2007年共检测样品1410份,平均总合格率为94.54%。各类样品消毒灭菌质量检测结果中,以使用中消毒液合格率最高,每年均为100%;室内空气消毒质量合格率较低。随着医院级别降低,消毒与灭菌质量合格率也呈下降趋势,此可能与消毒灭菌投入和管理力度有关。结论该地区医疗机构消毒卫生质量总体比较好,但室内空气和医务人员手卫生质量有待加强。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Shizuishan. Methods The field investigation and sampling methods were used to investigate the hygiene and disinfection quality of 35 different levels of medical institutions in the area. Results A total of 1410 samples were tested from 2004 to 2007, with an average total passing rate of 94.54%. Disinfection and sterilization of various types of samples quality test results, the use of disinfectant in the highest pass rate, 100% each year; indoor air disinfection quality pass rate is low. With the reduction of the hospital level, the pass rate of disinfection and sterilization also showed a downward trend, which may be related to the input and management of sterilization and sterilization. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and hygiene in medical institutions in the area is generally good, but the hand hygiene quality of indoor air and medical staff needs to be strengthened.
