异噻唑酮(Isothiazolone)又名3-羟基异噻唑(3-Hydroxylisothia-zole),纯品为白色针状结晶,易溶于水、乙醇、氯仿人其它常用有机溶剂、mp73～74.5℃,可升华,微有刺激性气味,久置空气中可逐渐变为橙黄色。本品及其衍生物国外用作蔬菜,水果的防腐、并用作针棉织品的防霉,其抗菌范围及在医药上的应用未见报导,为探讨其在医药上用作消毒防腐剂的可能性,我们首先对其抗菌范围、应用浓度等进行了实验研究,发现其在医药上有一定应用价值,现将方法结果报导如下:
