环境污染、新型药物致心肌损伤,已引起临床医生的关注。本文从心肌损伤的机制、损伤细胞的分布以及急慢性损伤的特征予以综述。并以阿霉素为例,描述其急性、亚急性、慢性心肌损伤的病理及超微结构改变;分析白细胞介素6等炎性因子在损伤中的作用;对新的生物因子和中药的心肌保护机制进行总结。进一步研究化学物质对心肌损伤的不同阶段病理改变有助于临床明确诊断和个体化治疗。
Environmental pollution, new drug-induced myocardial injury, has attracted the attention of clinicians. This article reviews the mechanisms of myocardial injury, the distribution of injured cells and the characteristics of acute and chronic injuries. And doxorubicin as an example to describe its acute, subacute, chronic myocardial injury pathological and ultrastructural changes; analysis of IL-6 and other inflammatory factors in the role of injury; the new biological factors and traditional Chinese medicine myocardial Protection mechanism to be summarized. Further study of chemical substances in different stages of myocardial injury pathological changes contribute to the clinical diagnosis and individualized treatment.
