为探讨氨哮素对人体失神经骨骨各肌内胶原代谢的影响,采用安慰剂对照的随机双盲研究法,对71例因臂丛神经损伤而致肌皮神经功能完全丧失的患者,给予氨哮素或安慰剂60μg,每天2次,治疗3个月。实验前、后均行肱二头肌活检,活检肌肉作Ⅰ型、Ⅳ型胶原的免疫组织化学染色和图像分析。结果表明,氨哮素治疗组肌内膜中Ⅰ型胶原明显低于安慰剂组,Ⅳ型胶原纤维的增生明显少于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。证明,氨哮素能抑制失神经骨骨各肌内胶原的增生
