对29名慢性萘接触工人的外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核进行的分析结果表明:观察组淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核的阳性检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.001);两组间染色体型的畸变率亦有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),观察组染色体结构畸变类型以染色体断片为主,其次是染色体裂隙。建议将淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核分析作为萘作业工人的早期生物监测指标和亚临床观察指标。
Chromosome aberrations and micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 29 workers exposed to naphthalene were analyzed. The results showed that the positive rate of chromosome aberration and micronucleus in lymphocytes in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.001). There was also a significant difference in chromosome aberration between the two groups (P <0.001). Chromosomal aberrations in the observation group were mainly chromosomal fragments, followed by chromosome fissures. Proposed lymphocyte chromosome aberrations and micronucleus analysis of naphthalene workers as early biological monitoring indicators and subclinical indicators.
