在桥梁施工控制中,温度的影响是不可忽视的。在温度变化快的白天进行钢箱梁的起吊与悬臂拼装工作,温度影响是施工控制中较难掌握的因素。如何消除或减小温度影响,保证钢箱梁悬臂拼装精度,是施工控制中需解决的重大问题。本文结合福州淮安大桥的施工监控,对钢箱梁悬臂拼装施工控制中温度影响进行了研究,取得了较好的控制效果,可用于大跨径斜拉桥施工控制温度影响的现场修正,为其他大跨径斜拉桥桥悬臂拼装施工控制提供参考。
In the bridge construction control, the influence of temperature can not be neglected. Steel box girder lifting and cantilever assembly work is performed during the day when the temperature changes rapidly, and temperature influence is a difficult factor to control in construction control. How to eliminate or reduce the influence of temperature and ensure the precision of cantilever assembly of steel box girder is a major issue to be solved in construction control. Based on the construction monitoring of Huai’an Bridge in Fuzhou, this paper studies the influence of temperature on the cantilever assembly construction control of steel box girder and obtains better control effect, which can be used in on-site correction of the temperature influence of the construction control of long-span cable-stayed bridge. The long span cable-stayed bridge cantilever assembly construction control provides a reference.
