目的:分析瓦松提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、体重指标的影响,分析其药用价值,探索瓦松新的治疗领域。方法:清洁级健康SD大鼠,采用链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病,造模成功后分为五组:模型对照组、阳性对照组(二甲双胍50mg/kg)、瓦松提取物低剂量组、瓦松提取物中剂量组、瓦松提取物高剂量组,每组8只,另取8只健康鼠作为空白对照。灌胃给药,空白对照与模型对照组给予同体积生理盐水,实验低、中、高剂量组分别给予25mg/kg、50mg/kg、75mg/kg同体积瓦松提取物,分别于第2周、第3周监测各组空腹血糖(FBG)与体重。结果:造模成功率为84.62%(44/52);不同组别第2周、第3周的FBG、体重差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第2周、第3周,实验组FBG均高于阳性对照组,但低于模型对照组,实验组第2周FBG呈剂量依赖性下降,第3周中、高剂量组FBG低于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2周、第3周,实验组体重高于阳性对照组和模型对照组,实验组第2周低、中剂量组低于高剂量组,实验组第3周中、高剂量组高于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓦松提取物对大鼠空腹血糖的影响在实验初期可能呈现剂量依赖,但随着时间的推移,与剂量无关。这可能与高剂量给予瓦松提取物可明显增加大鼠体重有关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influence of the extract of Westen on the blood glucose and body mass index in type 2 diabetic rats and to analyze its medicinal value and explore the new treatment of Vouson. The FBG in the experimental group decreased in a dose-dependent manner in the second week. FBG in the middle and high dose group was lower than that in the low dose (P <0.05). The body weight of experimental group was higher than that of positive control group and model control group in the second week and the third week. In the second and third week, the experimental group was lower than the high dose group, The experimental group in the third week, high-dose group was higher than the low-dose group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of the extract of Vassar on the fasting blood glucose in rats may be dose-dependent in the early stage of experiment, but it has no relation with the dose with the passage of time. This may be related to the high dose of Radix et Wax extract can significantly increase the body weight of rats.
