监理单位组织协调是贯穿在整个工程项目建设过程中的,涉及到工程的质量、进度、投资等多方面的。在工程建设规模、复杂程度、专业化程度都越来越高的今天,监理工程师对建设工程的组织协调凸显其重要。本文阐述了监理项目组织的协调原则,分析了相关单位组织协调的要求,提出了建设工程监理中的组织协调对策。
The organization and coordination of the supervision unit is carried out throughout the entire construction process of the project, involving the quality, progress, investment and other aspects of the project. Today, with ever-increasing scale, complexity, and specialization of engineering construction, the supervision engineer’s organization and coordination of construction projects highlights its importance. This article elaborates the coordination principle of the supervision project organization, analyzes the requirements for the organization and coordination of relevant units, and proposes the organizational and coordination countermeasures in the supervision of construction projects.
