Triazolodiazepine (Tri)体外对Con A和LPS诱导的小鼠脾细胞增殖以及巯基乙醇硫酸盐激活的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能呈浓度依赖性抑制作用。Tri还明显抑制Con A诱导的脾细胞释放集落刺激因子和巨噬细胞释放白细胞介素-1,结果提示,Tri抑制小鼠脾细胞和巨唾细胞功能可能与其广泛而强大的抗炎作用有关。
Triazolodiazepine (Tri) inhibited the phagocytosis of splenocytes and the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages induced by Con A and LPS in a concentration-dependent manner in vitro. Tri also significantly inhibits the release of interleukin-1 by spleen cells stimulated by Con A and the release of interleukin-1 by macrophages. The results suggest that Tri inhibition of splenocytes and macrophage function in mice may be related to its extensive and powerful anti-inflammatory effects.
