针对高职园林技术专业校内外实训基地存在的问题,提出构建“教学与服务”双功能校内实训基地模式,该模式是利用学校的非教学物质资源、人力资源服务于教学。对于园林技术专业而言,利用学校大面积的绿化资源及绿化管理部门的工作人员(既是管理人员又是实训指导教师),学生在专业教师以及绿化管理部门工作人员共同指导下代替绿化养护工人进行校园植物栽植与养护管理,形成“教、学、服务”一体化的教学模式,实现了“三个充分利用”和“三个转变”。通过对顺德职业技术学院园林技术专业的探索与实践显示,该模式使学生的专业能力、教师教学水平,学校绿化质量都有了很大的提升。
In view of the existing problems of vocational and technical training bases in higher vocational schools, this paper proposes a dual-function training base model of “teaching and service”. This model utilizes non-teaching material resources and human resources services in teaching. For landscape technology, the use of a large area of the school green resources and green management department staff (both managers and training instructor), students in the professional teachers and green management department staff under the common guidance of green maintenance workers The campus planting and maintenance management, the formation of “teaching, learning, service,” the integration of teaching mode, to achieve the “three full use” and “three changes.” Through the exploration and practice of garden technology specialty in Shunde Vocational and Technical College, this model has greatly improved students ’professional ability, teachers’ teaching level and school afforestation quality.
