我段原配属东风_4型内燃机车34台,东风_2型内燃机车4台,运用中因电空阀线圈的烧损,曾多次造成机破和临修事故,影响了机车的正常使用。造成电空阀线圈烧损的原因是多方面的,但解剖分析表明,80%~90%是因线圈两端过电压击穿造成的。为了提高机车运用的可靠性,抑制峰值较高的系统操作过电压,我段14台东风_4型内燃机车的四类电空阀线圈采用了并联氧化锌压敏电阻的方案。现将4年多来压敏电阻的使用情况和跟踪检测结果作一简要介
