对陶粒砂生产工人及对照者血中脂质过氧化产物面二醛(MDA)的含量及机体抗氧酶超氧化物歧化酶(tD)和谷跳甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)的活性进行了测定。结果显示,作业工人血中MDA含量高于对照组,差异具有极显著性(P<0.001),SOD及GSH-Px活性均低于对照组,且差异有显著性(P<0.05J,P<0.001)。结果提示:陶粒砂混合粉尘对接触工人有显著脂质过氧化损伤效应,上述指标对该类粉尘接触者早期职业健康监护有重要参考意义。
The levels of lipid peroxidation products (MDA) and the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (tD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in ceramsite sand-producing workers and controls ) Activity was measured. The results showed that the content of MDA in blood of workers was higher than that of the control group (P <0.001), and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05J, P <0.001). The results suggest that the mixed dust of ceramsite sand has significant lipid peroxidation damage effect on exposed workers, and the above indexes have important reference meaning for early occupational health monitoring of such dust contact persons.
