本文探讨了低合金条件下,在大型冷轧支承辊上获得下贝氏体组织的可能性。采用AST80钢,铸成复合支承辊,经喷雾淬火处理后,可获得下贝氏体组织,这种组织的断裂韧性和接触疲劳抗力均高于同等硬度的回火马氏体组织。对φ1530×1700 mm大型冷轧支承辊的热处理模拟计算表明,在对辊身快速加热及喷雾冷却的条件下,辊身至少可获得100 mm厚的下贝氏体层。
This article explores the possibility of obtaining lower bainite on large cold-rolled backup rolls under low-alloy conditions. Using AST80 steel cast as a composite back-up roll, spray quenching treatment can be obtained lower bainite, the fracture toughness and contact fatigue resistance of these organizations are higher than the same hardness of the tempered martensite. The simulation of the heat treatment of the φ1530 × 1700 mm large cold rolling backup roll shows that the roll body can obtain at least 100 mm thick lower bainite layer under the condition of rapid heating and spray cooling on the roll body.
