目的 观察 4种自制的微波辐射器 ,在两种条件下热凝离体子宫内膜产生病理变化的范围及程度 ,为临床实施微波子宫内膜去除术提供依据。方法 收集 2 7例不同妇科情况切除的全子宫标本 ,随机分为两组。采用不同型号的辐射器 ,A组于宫腔左、右两区各热凝 4m in,B组于宫腔左 ,右 ,前 ,后 ,宫底区各转动热凝 3min。结果 B组较 A组可较好克服宫底部作用弱的缺点 ;A,B两组热凝的最大深度均为 6 m m ,涉及肌层最深为 4mm ;自制的 2 ,3号辐射器作用适宜。结论 微波热凝可引起子宫内膜破坏 ,在实施微波子宫内膜去除术时宜因人而异选择合适的辐射器 ,并采用宫腔多区辐射
Objective To observe the range and extent of pathological changes of endometrial autotransplantation in four kinds of self-made microwave radiators in two conditions, and provide the basis for clinical implementation of microwave endometrial ablation. Methods Totally 27 cases of uterine specimens resected under different gynecological conditions were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Using different types of radiators, A group of left and right in the uterine cavity of the two thermal coagulation 4min, B group in the uterine cavity left, right, before and after, the Palace of the bottom area of the rotation of thermal coagulation 3min. Results Group B was better than group A to overcome the shortcomings of the role of the weak palace bottom; A, B two groups of the maximum depth of thermal coagulation are 6 m, involving the deepest muscle layer 4mm; homemade No. 2 and 3 radiator appropriate. Conclusion Microwave coagulation can cause destruction of the endometrium.
