作为新兴的“互联网+”模式,众筹在很大程度上解决了小微企业的融资难融资贵等经济问题,也拓展了投资者的投资渠道。最重要的一点,众筹模式借助互联网信息技术,突破了地理位置对投融资活动的约束,优化了社会资源的有效配置。研究表明:尽管众筹平台的筹资成功与否受到筹资目标金额、投资者人数、项目关注人数、项目信息披露次数和投融资双方沟通次数的影响,但筹资项目所在地对筹资活动的成功没有影响,众筹筹资方式不再具有空间集聚性,能够最大限度地利用社会资金,实现资源在全社会范围内的有效流通。
As an emerging “Internet +” model, crowdfunding has largely solved the economic problems of financing small and micro-sized enterprises and also expanded the investment channels for investors. Most importantly, crowdfunding mode, with the help of Internet information technology, has broken the constraint of investment and financing activities in the geographical location and optimized the effective allocation of social resources. The research shows that although the financing success of the crowdfunding platform is affected by the target amount of the fundraising, the number of investors, the number of the project concerned, the number of times the project information is disclosed and the number of communication between the investor and the investor, the location of the fundraising project has no effect on the success of the fund raising activities, Crowdfunding ways of raising funds no longer have spatial agglomeration, and can make full use of social funds to achieve effective circulation of resources across the whole society.
