提取了丁羟推进剂里高氯酸铵之后的废弃物中,丁羟粘合剂和铝粉是其主要组分物质。以丙酮为溶胀溶剂,添加乙烯基纤维素(EC),将去除了高氯酸铵之后的废弃丁羟粘合剂颗粒重新粘合,用特制的模具将其压制成测试所需的试片。测定了废弃丁羟粘合剂试片的密度、导热性能、导电性能,并讨论了环境湿度、试片密度和厚度对其导电、导热性能的影响。
Among the wastes after extracting ammonium perchlorate from the butyrolactone, butylated hydroxybutyrate and aluminum powder are the major constituents. Using acetone as the swelling solvent, vinyl cellulose (EC) was added, the waste butyl rubber binder particles after removing the ammonium perchlorate were re-bonded, and pressed into the test pieces required for the test using a special mold. The density, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of waste test adhesive were measured. The influence of environmental humidity, density and thickness of test piece on the electrical and thermal conductivity of the samples was also discussed.
