本文采用红外光谱法对聚丙烯透明助剂进行了特征峰定位,并考察了红外光谱仪条件,确定了最优的实验条件,建立了聚丙烯透明助剂含量的检测方法,本方法可检测范围为0.05%~0.5%,同时对不同助剂含量聚丙烯的熔指、雾度、黄色指数等性能进行了变化趋势考察,对开发生产透明聚丙烯具有重要的指导意义。
In this paper, infrared spectroscopy was used to locate the characteristic peaks of the transparent additives of polypropylene, and the conditions of the infrared spectrometer were investigated. The optimal experimental conditions were determined and the detection method of the content of the transparent additives was established. The detection range of this method is 0.05% ~ 0.5%. At the same time, the changing trend of melt index, haze and yellow index of polypropylene with different additives was investigated. It has important guiding significance for the development and production of transparent polypropylene.
