采用比色法和高效液相层析法分别测定了21例良性增生和8例健康人前列腺组织全匀浆及不同细胞中鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)和多胺水平。结果显示增生组全匀浆和间质细胞中ODC活性分别为正常组相应部分的3.2和2.5倍;增生组每克湿重组织中腐胺、精脒和精胺的含量分别为正常组的2.2、3.4和6.0倍。提示ODC活性及多胺含量升高与良性前列腺增生症的发生可能有密切关系。
The contents of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) and polyamine in whole homogenate and different cells of 21 benign hyperplasia and 8 healthy human prostate were determined by colorimetric method and high performance liquid chromatography respectively. The results showed that the ODC activities of homogenates and interstitial cells of hyperplasia group were 3.2 and 2.5 times higher than those of normal group respectively. The contents of putrescine, spermidine and spermine in each gram of wet tissue in proliferative group were Normal group of 2.2, 3.4 and 6.0 times. Tip ODC activity and polyamine content and benign prostatic hyperplasia may have a close relationship.
