本文提出了低温气体渗碳工艺,通过对AISI304和AISI316进行低温气体渗碳处理,研究了这两种奥氏体不锈钢的低温渗碳组织性能,发现该工艺具有兼顾表面强度与耐蚀性能的特点。试验结果表明:在同一渗碳时间下,渗碳气体温度越高,不锈钢表面的硬度就越大,其耐磨性就越强,这证明不锈钢的耐磨性与其表面硬度的大小是成正比例。在同等试验条件下,AISI316可以获得比AISI304更优的综合性能。
In this paper, a low-temperature carburizing process was proposed. The low-temperature carburizing treatment of AISI304 and AISI316 was carried out to study the microstructure and properties of the two austenitic stainless steels at low temperature. The results show that the process has the characteristics of both surface strength and corrosion resistance . The results show that at the same time of carburization, the higher the temperature of carburizing gas, the greater the surface hardness of stainless steel and the stronger the abrasion resistance, which proves that the wear resistance of stainless steel is proportional to the surface hardness. Under the same experimental conditions, AISI316 can achieve better overall performance than AISI304.
