大数据技术已经广泛的应用到经济社会生活的各个角落,而我国的高校人事档案的信息化管理确相对落后。本文将从相关概念出发,分析大数据发展对高校人事档案管理信息化的启示、发现我国高校人事档案管理中存在的问题,最后对高校人事档案管理信息化中如何运用大数据技术提出了一定的建议。
Big data technology has been widely applied to every corner of economic and social life, and our country’s college personnel files information management is relatively backward. Based on the related concepts, this article analyzes the enlightenment of the development of big data on the informatization of personnel files in colleges and universities, finds out the problems in the management of personnel files in colleges and universities, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to use big data technology in the information management of college personnel files.
