近年来,民营医院在市场经济环境下得到了快速的发展,成为了我国医疗卫生体系中不可或缺的组成部分。但是,民营医院管理上的问题在不断制约着其自身的发展。其中人力资源管理上的问题表现尤为突出。民营医院为了改善这一问题,开始针对自身情况将人力成本管理改革与薪酬激励机制引入了医院人力资源管理工作中,并取得了一定成效。本文结合民营医院发展现状,对人力成本管理控制与薪酬激励机制的应用效果进行了简要的论述。
In recent years, private hospitals have achieved rapid development in the market economy and become an indispensable part of China’s medical and health system. However, the problems in the management of private hospitals are constantly restricting their own development. Among them, the problems of human resource management are particularly outstanding. In order to improve this problem, private hospitals began to introduce the human cost management reform and salary incentive mechanism into the human resources management of the hospital according to their own situations and achieved some success. In this paper, the status quo of private hospitals, the effects of human cost management control and compensation incentive mechanism are briefly discussed.
