我们采取放射免疫活测定血、尿β_2—微球蛋白,观察100例高血压患者不同时期对肾脏的损害,并与常规肾功能指数尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)作比较。结果表明:

我们采取放射免疫活测定血、尿β_2—微球蛋白,观察100例高血压患者不同时期对肾脏的损害,并与常规肾功能指数尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)作比较。结果表明:高血压患得血清和尿液β_2—微球蛋白(β_2—MG)阳性率显著高于血清Cr和BUN(P<0.01),并与Cr、BUN成正相关,(r=0.63,0.81),与Ccr成负相关(r=-0.93),且随着病情的发展,Ⅲ期患得血,尿β_2—MG显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,(0.05>P>0.01)。β_2—MG在男女之间几无差别
