鼻腔及鼻窦乳头状瘤(Papilloma)是鼻腔、鼻窦常见的良性肿瘤,因其在治疗上易复发,且有恶变之倾向,有人把鼻腔及鼻窦乳头状瘤视为癌前期病变。我科自1965～1984年间收治的31例,现综述如下。一、临床资料(一)性别、年龄:31例中,男17例,女14例。本组发病年龄最小者27岁,最大74岁,其中以40岁以上者占大部分,共25例(80.5%),有文献报道年龄最小者5岁。
Nasal and sinusoidal papilloma (Papilloma) is a common benign tumor of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Because of its easy recurrence in treatment, and its tendency to malignant transformation, it has been considered as a precancerous lesion of the nasal and sinusoidal papilloma. The 31 cases admitted to our department from 1965 to 1984 are summarized below. First, clinical data (a) gender, age: 31 cases, 17 males and 14 females. The youngest age in this group was 27 years old, with a maximum of 74 years old, of whom over 40 years old accounted for the majority, a total of 25 cases (80.5%), and the youngest person reported in the literature was 5 years old.
