目的了解ICU手高频接触物体表面消毒2 h后目标菌鲍曼不动杆菌存在情况,查找物体表面消毒过程中的薄弱环节,提出控制措施。方法运用拭子培养或琼脂直接接触培养(RODCA)方法,对手高频接触物体表面消毒效果进行监测。结果共采集标本83份,合格56份,合格率67.47%;监测出目标菌鲍曼不动杆菌2株,1株存在于治疗车上,1株存在于医生办公室门把手上,2株均为泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌,与某出院患者痰液中检出的泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有相同的抗菌谱。结论应加强医务人员手卫生管理,手频繁接触的物体表面应增加消毒频次。
Objective To understand the existence of Acinetobacter baumannii in the ICU after high-frequency exposure to the surface of the object for 2 h, to find out the weak links in the disinfection of the surface of the object and to propose the control measures. Methods The method of swab culture or agar direct contact culture (RODCA) was used to monitor the surface disinfection effect of high-frequency contact objects. Results A total of 83 specimens were collected and 56 were qualified with a pass rate of 67.47%. Two strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were detected, one in the treatment car and one in the door handle of the doctor’s office. Two of them were Pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, and discharged from the sputum of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii have the same antibacterial spectrum. Conclusions Hand hygiene management should be strengthened for medical personnel, and the frequency of disinfection should be increased on the surface of objects frequently contacted by the hand.
