目的:对肉桂皮和叶乙酸乙酯部位进行化学成分研究。方法:肉桂皮和叶乙醇提取后的乙酸乙酯部位采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,并通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从肉桂皮中分离得到了5个木脂素类化合物,分别为(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9’-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),1,2,3-propanetriol,1-[4-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethoxy]-3-methoxyphenyl]-,(1R,2R)(2),(6R,7R,8R)-7a-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol(3),(6S,7R,8R)-7a-[(β-D-glucopryanosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol(4),(6R,7S,8S)-7a-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol(5)。从肉桂叶中分离得到2个木脂素类化合物,分别为(+)-lariciresinol(6),(-)-4-epi-lyoniresinol(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从肉桂中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of cinnamon bark and leaf ethyl acetate. Methods: The ethyl acetate fraction extracted from cinnamon bark and leaf ethanol was separated and purified by various column chromatographies and identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Five lignan compounds were isolated from the cinnamon bark and were identified as (7S, 8R) -dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9’-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl- (1 → 6) glucopyranoside (1), 1,2,3-propanetriol, 1- [4 - [(1R, 2R) -2-hydroxy- 2- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) (6R, 7R, 8R) -7a - [(β-D-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol (3), (6S, 7R, 8R) -7a- [ (β-D-glucopryanosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol (4), (6R, 7S, 8S) -7a - [(β-D-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol (5). Two lignan compounds were isolated from cinnamon leaves, which were (+) - lariciresinol (6) and (-) - 4-epi-lyoniresinol (7). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from cinnamon for the first time.
