目的研究安静及心算时状态相关脑波复杂度 (CS)的稳定性 ,探讨心算作业引起CS 显著改变的稳定脑区及心算机制。方法多次重复记录 1 0名被试者 (2 4~ 33岁 )闭眼安静 (0 )及心算 (1 )时EEG ,状态记录顺序为 0 1 0 1 0 ,分析两状态下CS 的稳定性及状态间差别。结果安静及心算作业时CS 均具有较高的个体稳定性 ,9名被试者心算时CS 均在左后颞呈现显著、稳定的上升 ,其次为左枕顶及右颞等脑区 ;另 1名被试者心算时CS 在前颞、前额等脑区呈现显著、稳定的下降。结论安静及心算时CS 均具有极高的稳定性 ,心算引起CS 出现显著、稳定的变化 ,并与生理心理学及神经生理学研究相符 ,这对于脑机能状态及活动机制的研究有重要意义。
Objective To study the stability of brain wave complexity (CS) related to quietness and mental arithmetic, and to investigate the stable brain regions and mental arithmetic mechanism of CS caused by mental arithmetic. Methods EEG was recorded repeatedly in 10 subjects (2-4 years old) with eyes closed (0) and cardiac arithmetic (1), and the order of status recording was 0 1 0 1 0. The stability of CS in both states was analyzed And the difference between the state. Results Both CS and CS had a higher individual stability during the quiet and mental arithmetic operation. The CS in the 9 subjects showed significant and stable increase in the left posterior temporal, followed by the left and right temporal regions such as the left and right temporal regions Subjects mental arithmetic when CS in the anterior temporal, forehead and other brain areas showed a significant and stable decline. Conclusion Both CS and CS have a very high stability. Cardiac calculation leads to a significant and stable change of CS, which is consistent with the research of physiological psychology and neurophysiology, which is of great significance for the study of brain functional status and activity mechanism.
