我们以前的研究表明,马桑内酯(CL)对中枢神经系统的兴奋及致痫作用主要通过增强兴奋性突触传递及提高神经元兴奋性所致。但突触及非突触成分在痫样活动中的具体作用尚未阐明,本文就此进行了初步分析。
Our previous studies showed that the excitatory and epileptogenic effects of the macadamia (CL) on the central nervous system are mainly caused by the enhancement of excitatory synaptic transmission and the enhancement of neuronal excitability. However, the specific role of synaptic and non-synaptic components in epileptiform activity has not been elucidated. This article has done a preliminary analysis.
