本实验对更年期SD大鼠心房肌细胞进行了超微结构观察并对心房内分泌肌细胞内的特殊颗粒作了形态计量分析。结果显示 ,更年期大鼠特殊颗粒的数目减少 ,直径变小。青年期大鼠心房特殊颗粒的体密度为 4 .0 2 ,数密度为 2 .6 0 ,平均直径为 0 .30um ;更年期组大鼠心房特殊颗粒的体密度为 1.37,数密度为 1.76 ,平均直径为 0 .2 6um。经统计学处理 ,两组间体密度、数密度和平均直径的差异分别都具有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。同时更年期大鼠心房内分泌细胞中的线粒体较少 ,脊稀疏 ,高尔基复合体不如青年组丰富发达 ,提示更年期心房特殊颗粒减少可能是心房肌细胞合成心房肽功能降低所致。
In our experiment, the ultrastructure of atrial myocytes of climacteric SD rats was observed and morphometric analysis was performed on the special particles in the endocrine muscle cells. The results showed that the number of special particles of menopause rats decreased, the diameter becomes smaller. The adolescent rat atrium specific particle body density of 4.02, the number density of 2.6, the average diameter of 0.30um; climacteric rat atrial specific particle body density of 1.37, the number density of 1.76, the average Diameter of 0.2 6um. After statistical analysis, the difference of body density, number density and average diameter between the two groups were highly significant (P <0.01). At the same time menopause rat atrial endocrine cells less mitochondria, spinal sparse, Golgi complex is not as good as the youth group developed, suggesting that menopausal atrial special particles may be reduced atrial myocyte synthesis of atrial natriuretic peptide function due to reduced.
