在工程中,对旋转轴的应力、扭矩测量的信号引出,大多数采用集流环。然而集流环存在着噪声大、精度低、可靠性差、寿命短等问题,尤其是转速高的场合,集流环引出信号非常困难。本文针对农机旋转轴的扭矩、转速、输出轴功率等参数的实时动态测量,采用数字脉冲编、译码的无线电遥控遥测,实现无接触、多参量、高精度测量。本文叙述了长春试验机研究所研制的NQY3-1型农机扭矩动态无线遥测仪的研制开发思想,特点及测试结果。
In engineering, the rotation axis of stress, torque measurement signal leads, most of the use of slip ring. However, there are some problems in slip ring, such as high noise, low accuracy, poor reliability and short service life. Especially for high speed, it is very difficult for current slip ring to lead to signal. In this paper, a real-time dynamic measurement of torque, rotational speed, output shaft power and other parameters of agricultural rotating shaft, using digital pulse coding, decoding radio remote telemetry, to achieve contactless, multi-parameter, high precision measurement. This paper describes the research and development ideas, characteristics and test results of NQY3-1 torque dynamic wireless telemetry instrument developed by Changchun Institute of Testing Machines.
