AQ/T 1019—2006煤层自然发火标志气体色谱分析及指标优选方法以及AQ/T 1084—2011煤矿灾变环境混合气体测试方法与爆炸危险性判定规则中规定了矿用气相色谱仪分析的组分10种和11种,而目前大多数气相色谱仪的分析组分为8种。在对气相色谱仪气路系统存在的问题进行了分析后,以气路系统优化为研究对象,并对气路进行了优化设计。优化后的气相色谱仪不仅增加了分析组分的数量,而且提高了色谱仪的分析精度、分析速度,并解决了在分析过程中由于阀切换造成的气流波动而引起分析误差的问题。

After analyzing the existing problems of the gas system of the gas chromatograph, the gas system was optimized as the research object, and the gas circuit was optimized. The optimized gas chromatograph not only increases the number of analytical components but also improves the analysis accuracy and the analysis speed of the chromatograph and solves the analysis error caused by the fluctuation of the gas flow caused by the valve switching during the analysis.
