在采用气动风机治理工作面上隅角瓦斯的实践中,气动风机的工作效果受风机安设位置、出口风速和出口风向3项技术参数影响较大。针对3项影响因素,基于FLUENT数值模拟提出了3个方案对相关技术参数进行了优化研究。通过对3个方案中上隅角流场特征的分析,得出了3项影响因素的优化参数,为实践中气动风机治理上隅角瓦斯的技术参数的选择提供了依据,并进行了工程实施取得良好的效果。
In the practice of using pneumatic fan to control the gas in the corner of working face, the working effect of the pneumatic fan is greatly affected by the three technical parameters of the fan installation position, the outlet wind speed and the outlet wind direction. According to the three influencing factors, three schemes are proposed based on FLUENT numerical simulation to optimize the relevant technical parameters. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the flow field in the upper corner of the three schemes, the optimized parameters of the three influencing factors are obtained, which provide the basis for the selection of the technical parameters of the upper corner gas by the pneumatic fan in practice and the implementation of the project Achieve good results.
