目的 了解南海南庄、小塘两镇居民日常生活摄入的主要食品氟含量 ,供在当地实施氟化水源项目作参考。方法 分别从两镇东、西、南、北、中 5个区域肉菜市场及粮油店采集粮食、鱼、肉、瓜菜、果品、豆制品、调味品等几大类食品共 14种 ,经预处理后用酸浸 -氟离子电极法检测其氟浓度。结果 两镇各种食品氟含量差别很大 ,从 (0 .2 5 6± 0 .0 2 0 )mg/kg到 (7.4 5 6± 2 .910 )mg/kg。 结论 除大米、菜心和苹果外 ,本次所检测的大多数食品的氟含量均低于国家规定的标准
Objective To understand the fluorine content of the main food in daily life of two towns of Nanzhuang and Xiaotang in Nanhai, for reference of local implementation of fluoridation water source project. Methods A total of 14 kinds of foodstuffs such as grain, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, soy products and condiments were collected from the meat markets and grain and oil stores in 5 regions of East, West, South, North and Central of the two towns. After pretreatment acid leaching - fluoride ion detection of fluoride concentration. Results The fluorine content of various foods in the two towns varied greatly from (0 .256 ± 0.020) mg / kg to (7.45 6 ± 2.910) mg / kg. Conclusion Except for rice, apricot kernel and apple, the fluorine content of most of the foods tested this time is lower than the national standard
