本文报道了1992~1995年在江西省彭泽县两个村进行不同防治策略的费用-效果研究的结果。实施人畜同步化疗策略的椿树村,居民感染率从26.12%迅速降到3.07%,下降88.25%,年人均费用为3.29元,并呈逐年减少趋势,每100人降低1%感染率的费用为3.68元。实施围堤垦种结合人群化疗策略的太字村,居民感染率下降72.37%,消灭钉螺面积800亩,费用-效益比达1∶4.56,取得“增地、增收、灭螺、控制血吸虫病”的综合效益。
This paper reports the results of a cost-effectiveness study of different control strategies in two villages in Pengze County, Jiangxi Province from 1992 to 1995. In Chunshu Village, which implemented the strategy of synchronic chemotherapy of human and animals, the infection rate of residents dropped rapidly from 26.12% to 3.07%, down by 88.25%. The annual per capita cost was 3.29 yuan and showed a decreasing trend year by year. The cost of reducing the infection rate by 1% is $ 3.68. In the village of Taiji, which is a combination of embankment reclamation and population chemotherapy strategy, the infection rate of inhabitants dropped by 72.37%, the snail area was destroyed by 800 mu, and the cost-benefit ratio reached 1: 4.56.
