绩效是指组织、部门或员工控制下的,与工作目标相关的行为及其产出。绩效考核是指组织通过对部门、组织成员或所属单位与个体的投入产出状况进行考察、衡量或比较,从而确定其行为价值,提高企业竞争力的一个重要过程。供电企业属于典型的国有企业,肩负着国有资产保值增值和安全可靠供电的重要社会责任,企业内部将安全生产和队伍稳定作为企业科学发展的基础和前提。
Performance refers to the behavior and output of the organization, department or employee under the control of the work objective.
