企业文化是推动企业发展的精神力量,企业管理制度是企业重要的硬性管理手段,两者可以单独运行又可相互融合,企业文化有利于促使企业管理制度不断完善,企业管理制度是形成企业文化的一个重要动力,只有使两者完美契合,将企业文化渗透到企业管理中,才能提升企业的凝聚力和竞争力。基于此,本文探讨了企业文化和企业管理制度的关系及其契合的重要性,并提出一些有效措施,希望能促进企业的良性持续发展。
Corporate culture is the spiritual force to promote the development of the enterprise. The enterprise management system is an important and rigid management tool for the enterprise. Both of them can be operated separately and merge with each other. The corporate culture helps to improve the management system continuously and the enterprise management system forms the corporate culture An important driving force, only the perfect fit between the two, the corporate culture infiltration of business management, in order to enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this, this article explores the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise management system and the importance of their cooperation, and puts forward some effective measures in the hope of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
