A multi-channel organic solvent mass measurement and batch system design is introduced. The design has the intelligence to adapt to temperature changes and sensor nonlinearity, and can simultaneously manage the solvent flow of eight different tubes with high precision. From the operational point of view, in order to accommodate its complexity, the experiences and skills of people included in the program make it intelligent. At the same time, the methods used to describe the approximate models of online calculation of these solvents and the data structures and conditions for their use with I / O are also presented.
