目的研究橙黄瑞香Daphne aurantiaca茎的苯丙素类化学成分。方法采用正相和反相硅胶柱色谱与Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从橙黄瑞香茎95%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个苯丙素类成分,分别鉴定为咖啡酸二十三烷酯(1)、咖啡酸二十烷酯(2)、咖啡酸十九烷酯(3)、咖啡酸十八烷酯(4)、咖啡酸十七烷酯(5)、咖啡酸十六烷酯(6)、咖啡酸十四烷酯(7)、咖啡酸十二烷酯(8)、咖啡酸十一烷酯(9)、咖啡酸异戊酯(10)、阿魏酸(11)、3,4-二甲氧基桂皮醛(12)、咖啡醇(13)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of phenylpropanoids in the stems of Daphne aurantiaca. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography with Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Thirteen phenylpropanoids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Radix Astragali, and were identified as tocotrienol (1), eicosanolate (2), nonacosanucate Ester caffeic acid ester (3), caffeic acid octadecyl ester (4), caffeic acid heptadecyl ester (5), caffeic acid cetyl ester (6), cetyl caffeate (11), 3,4-dimethoxycinnamaldehyde (12), caffeic alcohol (13), and the like, . Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
